Need Storage Space For Your Scenery and Props?
Did you know Upstate Scenic provides theatrical storage for sets, lighting, costumes, and props at our shop in Chatham, NY? Our storage bays are indoor covered entries and level and smooth concrete floors with a covered loading dock. The storage is climate controlled, heated, and air-conditioned, minimizing humidity and dampness and protecting against mold and mildew. All client’s cargo and storage bays are separated by wire fencing. We accept deliveries accepted (Unloading/loading fees may apply) and have an experienced, and receptive staff to assist you with all your storage needs.

Hours of Access:
Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm.
For visits outside of business hours special arrangements can be made.

2024 Rates & Details

• Bays are 8’W x 24’L x 8’H (the size of our standard box truck)
• Temp-controlled rate: $375 (+ tax) per bay, per month
• Bay are accessible Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm
• For visits outside of business hours special arrangements can be made
• Forklift services are available at an additional cost
• We do not offer discounts for non-profit status, multiple-month rentals or half-filled bays. Unloading/loading fees may apply.
