Located in Chatham, NY the Upstate Scenic storage facility provides 8’X24’X8’ storage bays, covered loading dock, concrete floors, secured location, temperature controlled storage minimizing humidity and dampness. Unloading/Loading of bays handled by our experienced staff with forklift services available. Storage bays are separated by stud walls with wire fencing and storage facility is kept secured at all times.

Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm.
For visits outside of business hours special arrangements can be made.

2025 Rates and Details

Bays are 8’W x 24’L x 8’H (the size of our standard box truck)
Temp-controlled rate: $375 (+ tax) per bay, per month

Forklift services are available at an additional cost
We do not offer discounts for non-profit status, multiple-month rentals or half-filled bays. Unloading/loading fees may apply.
